The CSCC Mission Board

The Mission Board and Peace and Justice Committee of College Street Congregational Church advocate for ministries, agencies and programs that permit the congregation, as individual members and as a group, to express their faith with actions reaching beyond the church and its members.

The Mission Board consists of six adult members (and may include one youth member), educates the congregation of charitable programs and special needs, provides church council representation, and operates in budgetary partnership with the church's Peace and Justice Committee. The P&J Committee consists of ad-hoc members that promote social justice by creating awareness of injustice and supporting programs that target justice goals, such as anti-racism campaigns and economic justice.
