Partners in Service (PinS)

The mission of Partners in Service (PinS) is to promote the well-being and successful development of children and youth, who are at risk, by creating and supporting partnerships between congregations of all faiths and human service organizations. CSCC's partner in service is the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS), which attends to the short and long term needs of homeless people in the Burlington community. Twice each year, CSCC meets a specific need of the homeless through COTS. For example, move-in kits are usually provided in the late fall, and projects to serve homeless families being served by COTS are usually held in the late spring.
